I volunteered for the first time this weekend at the Children's home. The staff is so nice and wonderful. I am so inspired by the staff and the volunteers that show up. This place is hope for children. It's also hope for the parents to reconnect with their children again. Someday I'm hoping that I can work in the refugee area, but for now I'm really enjoying the events that I will be able to help at. Since the pandemic happened everything is slowly opening back up but it's totally worth it coming to volunteer.

I served over 15 years. Primary on Call3yrs, a supervisor (shift leader) for over 12yrs and resigned July 2015. My goal/desire was to help my children gain the tools and wisdom to live outside an institution.
