Kind of a mixed review here. My furry hood of my coat got completely burned up, ruined. I was pretty upset but when I took it in to show the older gentleman, I think the owner, he was very understanding and apologetic. He compensated me exactly what I asked, no question. For that reason, they will continue to get my business. People can make errors but it's how you deal with it that makes all the difference for me.

Omg these guys just saved me. Needed some dry cleaning done on a Friday for an interview that I had to fly out for the next day. This is Concord's main plant for dry cleaning and when I called at 9 they said they'd be able to squeeze me in. The lady working there was fantastic, great customer service.
