A convenient, welcoming stop in Champaign-Urbana. We made the decision to walk here from our Airbnb about a mile away — our host had already recommended this place, and we were happy to stretch our legs and explore the college town along the way. It was worth the walk. The facility is bright and clean, which goes a long way. I had an excellent experience at this laundromat and felt it deserved a full five stars. What really stood out to me was the customer service—especially from Keon. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s not often you come across someone who takes the time to make sure everything runs smoothly, but Keon definitely goes above and beyond.

I just picked up my Carhart coat from the laundry. It cost me 35 cents with the coupon that Starcrest sent by email. No strings attached! The clerk said that the coupon would be recorded and that I could pick it up next week. Within 24 hours I received notification that it was ready for pick-up. I picked it up Sunday morning and the coat that I had never washed , used just for outdoor work, and smelled of oil and gasoline from plowing snow, is just like new! Even the oil stains are gone!
