Amanda's ability to mix massage and reflexology techniques with energy work is amazing. In my first session she was able to help ease migraine headaches I've been having for a month by working on my feet. It is honestly shocking how good I felt after an hour. What she offers is so much more than a massage. Its a complete system reset.

Practically, Amanda is very good about making you feel comfortable. She explains what she's doing and checks in throughout the session to help target your particular problem areas. This greatly increased my range of motion from the beginning of the session to the end.

Amanda is a miracle worker that deserves every bit of praise I can offer. Her modality is uniquely painless, yet entirely effective in alleviating and mitigating musculoskeletal problems. She's honest and upfront about what you can hope for and what may be beyond her reach, and is a wonderful pleasure to work with. Bring her a problem and she will work her magic.

As a software engineer and gamer, I spend my day at the keyboard/mouse. I got an ergo keyboard and mouse back in college and that was fine until I hit middle age. Amanda brought my hands back to working -- I can write again! -- which has been fantastic as opposed to having to take time off or look at surgery.
