The front end staff is great!! Lauren and Shauna are great therapist!! Jeanie however is not she gets frustrated with kids that don't do exactly what she wants instead of finding different ways to work with a child. She discontinues services when a child needs it. My little one was making lots of progress with her other therapist but with Jeannie she didnt. Jeannie doesn't have my little ones best interest at heart. She thinks she over ranks a Dr saying a child needs services I would deff not recommend her plus she violated HIPPA rules.

I have been going here for aquatic therapy for a while. The front desk staff is very friendly. Most of the pool therapists are helpful and kind as well. I have seen major improvements with my disability because of this place. Thank you! ❤

My therapist Amy is amazing! She is so caring and is definitely working me to work my shoulder to get it moving. She has helped me once to get my shoulder back in gear. Now I’m back and I have no doubt that she won’t help to get it strengthened back where I’m able to use it again.The ladies at the front desk Cathy who is always pleasant when I call in to check in. Ashley who takes her time to help schedule my appointments. She’s very nice and patient. Deborah who is always so cheerful and a delight to see when I come in. She always goes the extra mile when I have a question about scheduling, or changing my appointments.Thank you ladies.
