I cannot praise TKF Maintenance Solutions enough. They came early and worked hard to get this house ready to sell. They took the time to cover every detail and even cleaned the chimney!! I highly recommend these guys. This house hasn’t been this clean in a long time. The owner took the time to explain everything in detail so that I could understand the process. They were very professional and over delivered. Thank you for everything.
Kitchen was designed and project executed on time. On the spot modifications as needed without incurring any additional expense. Workers came in and did a take out of old kitchen, opened up a wall and put up a wall, rerouted electric and plumbing in 3 days. They also installed cabinets. The job was completed in 5 days. This was a large job done in a short time. Work ethic with crew was a refreshing experience. Nice to see a professional job done. I highly recommend this company.Great professional team and well rounded company that met all of my needs. Thank you!
Anthony knew immediately what to do to clean the sump water, the sump pit and lessen the nasty sewer odor. He represented TK Maintenance very knowledgeably and professionally. Thanks to Julie, too. She made sure an appointment was made within an hour of contacting my rental agency.
