The gentleman showed up promptly after offering an earlier opening, was professional and explained things thoroughly. I have an additional job that may cost me and I’ll have them out to do it.

I contacted this company on Monday, April 1st for a leaking water heater. Dylan came out within a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled the service for the next morning. From call to finish it took less than 24 hours for the job to be complete! Dylan was prompt, professional, and efficient! I would book with this company again and you should too! You will not be disappointed!

From setting the appt, to completion of the job, my experience with Vertical Plumbing was excellent. I had a leak in the faucet of my tub that AHS warranty company’s 2 plumbers wouldn’t or couldn’t fix. Dylan came out, assessed the issue and did his due diligence. I’m not a professional but I an impressed with the way my new pipes look in comparison to how they previously looked. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a before pic but I did take an after pic. I highly recommend! LC
