“We recently had a 16-foot retractable patio awning installed by Mr. Bob and his team from Job 1 Home Improvement Company. Mr. Bob and his team demonstrated professionalism by arriving on time and installing the brackets promptly. However, the awning arrived damaged from the manufacturer, requiring a return and reorder.

Mr. Bob showed integrity by charging us only half the agreed amount initially and refusing the remaining balance until the new awning was ready for installation. Two weeks later, he returned with his associates and completed the installation to our full satisfaction.

We found Mr. Bob to be highly experienced and skilled in home improvement, and we confidently recommend both him and Job 1 Home Improvement Company for remodeling and other home improvement projects.“

“I can't recommend Keen Construction enough... I needed to move walls & doors to create a larger primary bedroom closet with W/D hookup from 3 smaller closets (prior to moving into our new house). I'm skeptical of choosing a company off the internet so I read all of the reviews I could find about Keen Construction and chose them because there were NO bad reviews (not even one I could find).We met the next day (THU) at the house to discuss details so Darren could provide an estimate which arrived via email later that day. I was waiting until Monday to contact Darren and tell him we wanted to move forward with the project but Darren reached out that Sunday that they could start the project THE NEXT DAY since we didn't require any permits, etc. We didn't have time to clear out the 3 closets so Darren and Mark did it for us on Monday.I'm still amazed at how smoothly everything went and how quickly they were able to complete the project. After taping and skimming the closet and 2 rooms (where doors/walls were moved), I had them paint the closet and leave the 2 rooms unpainted since we haven't yet decided on our colors - getting a refund for that work. The great thing is that the rooms require no prep and we can simply paint them as soon as we make our decision.I will definitely be calling Darren for our other construction projects AFTER we move in... I chatted with Mark one day during construction about our upcoming needs and am very excited that I will NOT need to search the internet and "take my chances" in the future. If you are searching for a contractor, please (at a minimum) let Darren provide an estimate!!“

“We purchased our replacement garage door to be installed using the existing opener from Tony Jr. who was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and didn't waste our time. He was very clear on the price, timeline and the exact work that was going to take place. On installation day, (Thursday) the crew was on time, verified the work to be done and they were quick and left everything very clean (we only found 2 screws that they missed). After they left, we went out and attempted to close the door but the safety switch (which we found out later was the sensors' alignment. I called Tony Jr. the next day (Friday) and he had told me it was probably the sensors. I requested a service call to make it right. Tony Jr. came out the following Wednesday and corrected the problem, noticed a few other adjustments that needed to be made and took pictures of what he found to help the installation crew provide even better service in the future. All and all, we had a very good (not perfect) experience, but the final product, purchase and experience we are happy with.“

“My mom bought a home in manteno in enclave. After moving noticed more than 20 scratches, error holes, or discoloration to the darker kitchen cabinets. There a huge gap around the backspace. Grout in the the bathroom looks cracked all ready. Please contact if want to discuss.“

“WE called Rheem because our hot water heater went out for the second time in 2 yrs. needed another gas valve. They recommended we call this company and im so glad we did. Mike is such a nice guy. Got the job done fast and so very nice to talk to. With all the shady companies out there now days this is one you can trust. Would certainly call him again . Just wish he could fix all our appliances as the problems arise. 5 stars is not enough. Hes a good one.“
