Jim is 1000% GREAT with DECADES of experience! He did 2 jobs for me. 1st was repairing a leak I've had for multiple years in a sunroom addition recently build. I had 3 separate roofers (including the original builder) attempt repair to no success. I was at my wits end. I decided to try a contractor and found Jim. He and his team accessed the problem and fixed it w/o fail fully to my satisfaction. 2nd, was multiple bathroom remodels. Jim and his team performed a superb job on both. Jim, was attentive & responsive every step of the way. Let me say he went above and beyond in walking us through and advising us through entire process. I had several contractors come out to give me an assessment and quote on fixing some structural issues at my home. I chose to go with 1st American due to Jim's straight forward communication of his assessment of the situation and what work he suggested to be done (not feeling sold into unnecessary work), cost, and overall professionalism. I could not be more pleased at the choice. Jim's level of consistent communication throughout the entire process was very appreciated; his crew was very professional and capable; and the job was completed in a very timely manner at the cost that was quoted to me.
