“I needed a new lock for my 1994 Anderson Patio door. I went online and could not find it, so I found this place online as a local dealer. They said they could order it and it would coast $1,000. When I said that was a lot, they told me a new patio doors coast $12,000.! I payed them and 2 weeks later the parts arrived, when I went there they said that they got a better price and refunded me $355. Very honest people. That said, they wanted $700 to do the work. Wow, I am a machinist and it took me 35 minutes to do the work.“
