The classes have been a positive level of challenging and I enjoy the studio's "vibe." They have heated and non heated classes, vinyasa, Hatha, and even some strength. “I started going often for facials with Rylee and they’re wonderful, she’s so sweet and knowledgeable, the front desk is awesome and I’ve had a few massages here, all great. However, if you need a haircut, go elsewhere. I truly wish I had. I asked for length not to be cut, minimum 3 inches was taken off and my hair is a mess now. I have been in tears all day over it. 5 stars is for the other side, not the salon side. Just want to give a warning to those who think like I did and are like well I get everything else done here, why not my haircut… don’t do that.“

“I just had my first massage by Jay and he is a magician a true professional and an outstanding therapist! I had a deep tissue which I've never had before and though it was intense it was much needed and therapeutic and I recommend it to everyone that is suffering any type of pain.
