Just walking in you can feel the peacefulness of the space. The instructors I have met are very kind and helpful with their guidance through various methods and programs of healing.

I stopped in for a class on my way through on a road trip. My back was all jacked up from driving. Stacy's Saturday morning class was just the ticket. They were friendly and welcoming and I'd recommend them to anybody.

Love it! All of the instructors are great. They are totally engaged with the participants and ensure everyone has a meaningful class, regardless of skill level. I have done yoga and Pilates in the past, but this class has a very cool vibe.
