I really can't say enough good things about Jen and her practice! I had messed up my hip pretty badly with bad habits and bad posture. She got me moving better and feeling stronger than I have in so long. Peaceful, graceful, warm and professional - Jen has the skill to meet you where you are in your journey. Best of all? Actual results!!

Jen is amazing, not only through her somatic bodywork, but as a person! A massage is just a massage; however, my holistic journey experience is equal parts massage, revitalization, and renewal for soul and body. I had no idea what I'd been missing...and I won't accept my healing from anyone else. She is Just Tremendous! :~)
