Baer Heating and Cooling has always done an amazing job for us when it comes to fixing our commercial refrigerators and beer coolers. We had two short notice outages the day before a very large event, and Allen was able to fix both of them the same day making sure that we are able to supply adult beverages to our guests. This company had been so great! They were very responsive about meeting with us for the home inspection, super responsive about getting us quotes in a timely manner, and their rates are very competitive and reasonable. Very polite and their HVAC knowledge is second to none. They took the time to help me talk thru the options make the choice that was best for me. The unit we requested was unavailable so they upgraded us at no extra charge, AND.....they pulled some strings and got our system on site in record time. This is truly one of the best service companies in our area and if we had chosen any other company we OBVIOUSLY would have been doing ourselves a huge dis-service! They install tomorrow and I will update the whole service at that time, but they have been so great thus far. Do yourself and your friends a favor and share this companies contacts. I will no longer use anyone else. Update: System is completely installed! Love, love, love this company! Kyle is such a perfectionist about his work, neat and clean, and took the time to keep us updated along the way. The system looks good, works great, and I feel I got a great quality product for a great price. Could not ask for more. Thank you Baer for being a true professional!
