“Amanda's ability to mix massage and reflexology techniques with energy work is amazing. In my first session she was able to help ease migraine headaches I've been having for a month by working on my feet. It is honestly shocking how good I felt after an hour. What she offers is so much more than a massage. Its a complete system reset.

Practically, Amanda is very good about making you feel comfortable. She explains what she's doing and checks in throughout the session to help target your particular problem areas. This greatly increased my range of motion from the beginning of the session to the end.
