Thanks to Ivy Rehab Mettler Center's physical therapist Matthew Gordon's expertise I recently had a great trip to Spain where I walked daily over 15,000 steps. I have had a long term balance /gait issue causing hip, knee, foot pain limiting exercise and walking - Matt zeroed in on factors contributing and is helping me correct with in office and home exercises that I was able to utilize in preparation and when i traveled.
I recently participated in a group exercise program, led by Matt Gordon at Mettler. He did a fantastic job organizing a weekly workout, explaining proper technique using weights and bands to the group, and helping some make modifications based on our personal limitations. As breast cancer survivors , Matt went out of his way to make these sessions as helpful as possible and provided good information for all of us to continue our personal improvement in strength and knowledge of necessary exercises.
