Very friendly, punctual, and communicated well throughout the process. My only complaint was trying to call the office, as I often received a busy signal. However, our technician was excellent, and I have zero complaints about the service provided. The visit was to repair our Samsung washer that had a part recall.

Called on Monday, came out Thursday and fixed what needed fixing on our dryer! Quoted a price on the phone and it was same price when tech got here! Love that!Gave recommendations for not having the problem again! Will definitely call for future appliance needs!
