BEWARE ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL

I was recommended to this company by Navien for install of a simple Taco external zone valve panel. The technician Steve who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I even asked Steve if he thought it was a major job and he said no. A couple days later I get an email from Bob (who I assume is the owner or higher up person) trying to completely upsell me. He said he thinks the whole system should be completely re-piped despite the system currently working fine and Steve not mentioning this at all. I have used Artesian many times over the years. I have never been disappointed. Their work is thorough and their pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC or plumbing issue!
