“The tech Marco was great. Furnace was going on and off last month. He took his time and diagnosed the problem. Then contacted the manufacturer to see if parts were warranty. They weren't but he was able to repair the furnace at a very reasonable price and it's working great. Also he answered all my questions and gave a follow-up call. Will definitely use again.“

“Last night we smelled a burning smell. Found out it was the furnace. Had to shut our heat off for through a cold February night. I contacted Guy the HVAC man (my Uncle strongly recommended him after personally using his services for years). I was certain our blower motor went out and was nervous because I am in the middle of jobs, and don’t start my new job until next week- and a blower motor (or worse an entire new furnace) wasn’t even close to an option with our current budget. So I contacted him at 5am hoping I could squeeze into the schedule if I got ahold of him early enough. I told Guy my current but temporary financial situation due to starting a new job and instead of trying to screw me and forcing me to buy a new blower motor or entire furnace (which he easily could have done because I have very little knowledge in this area) he made the cheapest (but well done and high quality) fixes he could and said it will last at the very least until the cold turns to summer (but after that it’s time to get very serious about replacing the furnace. Did I mention this is a 40 year old furnace and we are ignorant new homeowners?). So, he accommodated me last min, I was the first stop, he didn’t charge me for same day or emergency service, AND the bill was less than $200. Which was faaaaar less then I thought and more doable than the $700-$1200 I was anxiously anticipating, or worse, the over $3000 if an entire new furnace was needed). GUY IS MY HERO TODAY! He has earned all my loyalty and repeat business as well as referrals to anyone I know in need of a smart, experienced, knowledgeable, reputable and honest HVAC repair man.“
