From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. There was a young lady at the front desk who helped me right when I walked in, I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely helpful and made a great first impression. I also want to give special thanks to Paula and Fatima, who made me feel completely at ease throughout my visits. They explained everything clearly, were patient, and genuinely cared about how I felt. ( I would like to think so ??) Honestly, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. “Very friendly attention by Andrea, with both Rapid and PCR tests. This is second time at facility, to check for possibility, first back in Dec 2021, due to varient surge.“

“I started coming here 1-2yrs ago. I have severe allergies which I was really unaware of until then. I also have Eczema which was becoming severe due to allergies, which is why my pcp sent me here. I initially started out w/allergy testing. It was a slow process I came 3 Saturdays in a row w/no medical treatment plan in effect and it kinda irked me so I quit coming in. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! I really should've kept going to get a treatment plan. Fast fwd.... My allergies have become OC!!!!! So my pcp sent me back here. I came back in last week and I met with the PA & not the dr. Initially our interaction was not going well. We were not getting along and it wasn't gonna end well. After we both calmed down and took a breather I allowed further testing and she was very helpful. I had to get 16 shots in 1 arm!!!!! But they helped instantly!!! I felt better in a day! I was advised I'd be on allergy shots every wk for 1yr. I'm glad I went back and hopefully this is a journey towards better help!!!“

“I am a nonbinary individual with complex psychiatric conditions. Everyone here respects my identity and pronouns. All the workers from front desk, to nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. Dr. Shinde listens to me and I don't feel like I'm crazy when talking about some of my severe symptoms. His knowledge on which psychiatric medications will help me is vast. I feel like I have a team here instead of having all my doctors be from different clinics. I go here for my hormones and I go here for my psychiatry. I might even transfer therapy, but I have established a great relationship with my current therapist, so I'm on the fence. It's just nice to go to the same office for everything else instead of separate clinics. It feels holistic here. The wait times can be a bit long some days, other times there is no wait at all. But I feel like that's most medical offices anyways. I love that they text and call with reminders and confirmation. The patient portal is convenient. Love this place!“
