“Zach came 2x. We both agreed the 1st time the toilet seemed fine after he put some wedges under it. He asked if I was sure and I said that I was. I should've listened to Zach and tried it to make sure...I went to use the restroom and it still was leaning. Zach came right back out and completely fixed the issue and it was no charge. Zach with B&D Supply came the same day I called not once but twice within minutes of my call. Good company and with Zach being the face of B&D for the customer...he did an amazing job. So respectful. Awesome customer service....Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend B&D and Zach is a fantastic employee for them.
