We had such a good experience with Loescher, from their project manager, Tayler, to our installer Joe. Joe was precise and he made sure our Mini splits were placed and looked good against our siding. I had just moved into a new house and the AC wasn’t working, with temps in the 90’s coming the next day. Jay was able to come out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue as a leak in the system and showed it to me. He was able to repair and recharge the system and I am writing this sitting in 68 degree indoor temps with 95 outside. Would recommend!
New customer. I called today because my furnace was not heating and blowing cold air. I have a 2 year old and they were great they came out today instead of having to wait till tomorrow. I was nervous about having a service call and having to have a huge bill. The guy who came today was great he answered all my questions and was a easy quick fix and very affordable.
