Customers have appreciated the timely help with plumbing issues, with some having dealt with problems for months before reaching out to Sauk Valley Plumbing.

Recently, the receptionist received praise for her communication skills and for sending a plumber out quickly. Customers have reported friendly service when resolving clogs and other plumbing issues. The owner, Tim, has also been recognized for his professionalism and care for quality work, with some noting he checked on projects personally. However, some customers experienced challenges with communication and follow-through.
