He not only helped me understand the various issues I was experiencing with my eyes but also explained the benefits of various contacts brands to helped me better understand their benefits and performance. Before leaving I was provided samples of the new contact lenses I wanted to try and there wasn't any pressure to buy things I wasn't interested in or needed.
