Service associate was great and so far the repairs are working. But communication about the appointment was not. 1st an AI bot scheduled it for Tues afternoon. Then a woman said there had been a glitch in the system and scheduled it for the following morning. Then a man called to schedule it for the following evening. It left us confused, frustrated and without hot water for 6 days. We did get someone that morning, but we weren't sure that would happen!
Hi I had major issues. The guy unplugged the deep freezer to plug in his equipment and then plugged it back in to an extension cord that wasn't on instead of the wall where it was so it was off and we lost about 100 dollars groceries we just bought - IMMEDIATLY FOUR SEASONS CALLED ME AND PAID FOR THE RUINED FOOD ITEMS IN FULL SO OVERALL THEY RESOLVED ANY ISSUE
