Titan was able to send a technician out to fix my water heater same day and save us from a weekend with no hot water. The fix was fast and David explained everything he did to get me back up and running. Cleanup was great too you could hardly tell I had a new water heater installed. I was also very happy my initial call was answered by a real person in my town, not a call center, answering machine, or AI 'assistant'.
Titan removed an old laundry tub & sink, reconfigured the pipes, & installed a new tub & sink. Communication w the office before & after the job was courteous & helpful. Technician David S was a respectful, friendly, & experienced pro, finishing the job in a timely & efficient manner. Price was fair, better than another well-regarded competitor. Will definitely call Titan when future plumbing needs arise.
David did great work getting my water heater warranty approved and getting a new one installed same day. I can always count on Titan to be available urgently and get it done right the first time. Pamela is great in the office as well!!
