Best gym in the area. Staff is super friendly. Best machines and they’ve got machines I’ve never found anywhere else, and they get new stuff in too. Plus they host events and members appreciation days. 👍👍
have been to many gyms this is by far my favorite polite staff welcoming and accommodating members environment and the most sanitary clean bathrooms showers and weights I’ve seen out any gym, a membership here is worth every cent though parking can be tight at times
I went to the gym from August 2023 - January 2023, I moved to Texas, and honestly, not a day goes by that I don’t miss it. The community at The Basement Gym is welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help out.
I did have a small membership cancellation hiccup but the staff called me to verify who was working when I cancelled and followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of with no prompting from my side.
The equipment is in excellent condition, there were only 2-3 pieces of equipment broken or not usable during my 4 months of membership.
They have a barbershop in the gym which is a nice touch.
