Used Optimum twice and will continue to use them for future projects. First was to purchase a bench-top for a shower. They were great with ensuring the measurements were perfect since I gave them the measurements and the second was for a custom bathroom vanity (double sink). Pricing was very reasonable and the install quality and timing was great. Tried to tip them and the installer politely declined saying thank you but he doesn’t feel right taking a tip for something he gets paid to do (and the install was perfect and made sure the floors weren’t dirtied and everything was meticulously cleaned up. Very happy with them.
I have been working with Optimum for years, they have been supplying us tops for both residential & commercial projects. We have some very demanding schedules at times and Denis has always come through, delivering on time with exceptional quality. I will continue to use Optimum because I can always count on them to measure & complete the job without any problems or headaches.
We are very pleased with Optimum Granite & Marble, Inc., and would highly recommend them. From Kadee, who's at the showroom/sales office in Campton Hills, to the installers Denis and Carlos. They all were professional, communicative, prompt, accommodating, personable. and made the whole process easy. We were impressed at how little cleanup we had to do. Thank you not only to Kadee who returned my calls and texts even when she wasn't at work, but also to Denis and Carlos who had to make 2 return trips to make some corrections. They did a wonderful job!
