Moss handled the pet cremation of our beloved dog. We dealt with several different staff members during the process and they were ALL extremely nice to work with. From our family to yours…thank you.
My step dad passed away doing the beginning of the pandemic and wasn’t able to have a funeral. Only 10 was allowed to view him through a glass and he was tested negative for it. I thought the same thing will happen to my father, which also tested negative.They allowed us to have a funeral of 50 people inside the building and more can come but they’ll have to rotate. We went over by 5 not thinking babies was counted and they let us all stay without rotation. When it ended they didn’t rush us to leave, we knew the time we had to leave. My husband after a very short fight with pancreatic cancer. It was a horrible shock for our family. Moss was very gentle with my husband and the family. I can't recommend them enough.
