Dr. Oriold and the rest of the team were great with regularly touching base with me when my dog was undergoing treatment for his congestive heart failure. They were also very accommodating when I needed same day appointments.
It’s so great finding a place that does such an amazing job grooming Jasper, my standard Poodle. I’ve been to numerous places locally and it has been very hit or miss (but mainly miss) April is the one that did his groom and everything I asked for was achieved flawlessly. He looked exactly how I requested and all of the staff is always so friendly and kind. We are so thankful that Jaspers best friend Rocky received a great groom here first and then referred us!! Thank you April and Team :)
So, I took my kitty to this place, and the people there were super nice to her. They were really patient and understanding, even when I asked them a bunch of silly questions. They just wanted to make sure my kitty was happy and comfortable, and they were really sweet to her. They have a cat only entrance. They also have a window with a bird feeder so your cat can look through it.
