Gateway Veterinary Clinic is a welcoming place for pets and their owners. The staff, including the front desk ladies, are known for their friendliness and care towards animals. Dr. Hooper and Dr. Sidney K are both praised for their kindness and expertise in treating pets. Dr. Banucci also receives recognition for providing compassionate care. The clinic offers a convenient check-in system where owners can wait in their cars until a room is ready, ensuring a safer experience during times of illness. Owners appreciate the clinic's reasonable pricing and the overall positive experience for both themselves and their pets. The staff is exceptionally friendly and thorough, with customer service representatives, veterinary technicians, and doctors who go above and beyond in their care. Many pet owners have found Gateway to be their go-to place, especially in emergencies, as they provide support and comfort during difficult times.
We recently started taking our cat, Onyx here and they have been absolutely amazing with him. The veterinarians, techs and front desk staff are so compassionate and really care about your pet. We most recently had him neutered and he had a hernia repair and they were amazing at updating us and that really kept me at ease and gave me peace of mind.
We can’t thank Dr Sidney enough for all the care and compassion she showed in caring for our Kitty though Kitty’final days. Her kindness, sympathy and compassion can not be expressed in words. As our family was making the difficult decision of having to unexpectedly say goodbye to Kitty, Dr Sidney and her whole team at Gateway, made us feel comfortable with the decision we knew we had to make so Kitty didn’t suffer unnecessarily. Dr Sidney offered so much comfort and love to Kitty and our whole family and we can’t thank her and her team enough.
