They do a fine job with standard dry cleaning of work clothes. We have had two issues though. The first was a comfortable that came back with brownish stains that were not there when we dropped it off. The second was a jacket that was dry clean only. The thin leather appeared to be melted along the inside and outside around the zipper. Pic attached.

Using them for years with dry cleaning and was satisfied. However we had comforter returned with brown-ish stains that were not there before the cleaning, and my wife's jacket had the leather around the zipper damaged - guessing it was melted.
