I have been coming here for 5 years. Always been a good deal and they did a great job. I came in there today and I do not think they vacuumed the inside. I mentioned it to the girl inside and she said they did. While I was waiting, the other guy who was waiting also said they did not vacuum the inside of his car, so it was not just me. For $36.00 it would be nice if they actually vacuumed the inside since that is part of what is said that is included. I always tip either $5.00 or even sometimes $10.00 each time I come so can you guys please get back to vacuuming the inside?

St Charles location has recently changed top management. Gabriel is the bomb. He helped us reduce our monthly charges on multiple cars and consolidate to much more cost effective family plan. Thank you Gabriel!

My company has been using Clear wave for years now. We have a business account with them, Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the area manager and general manager. Luckily, the location managers, Emily and Juan talked to me today and made things more than right. Their customer service is exceptional and they should be promoted to the area manager and general manager. They know how to treat their customers. We are happy to give our business to Clear wave.
