It's a rural clinic. You can get basic diagnostics and counseling. It's not a hospital. So, no X-rays, MRI, psychiatrist are all off site. There's teleconferencing for some things. Reception is on it so there's rarely a line for check in. The front door is a bit cramped for mobility aids. Parking is a bit tight if you have a long bed pickup or equally long vehicle.There's a nice antiques shop next door.

I used to go to the Hines VA in Chicago now the Springfield clinic. I have never had a problem with either! The Springfield VA/ Danville are so good. It makes me feel guilty to go there. They really care.

I have pretty good success with my visits. My wait is usually no more than 20 minutes with an appointment. Check in is easy at the kiosk. If the kiosk is broken the agents are more than happy to assist.
