While the wait was long (cold and flu season), the care was excellent. The NP I saw was very caring and took her time to listen intently. The staff really went above and beyond to get me on the road to feeling better.
I like memorial. This specific location usually has kind and caring staff members. I haven't had many issues other than the occasional long wait time but that is to be expected sometimes. Drive thru lab testing is convenient and helpful. The back and forth between the triage room and the waiting room can be a little annoying but definitely better than sitting in an ER waiting room. Communicate with the staff as best as you can so they can try to help you.
