“I got a cut on my eye a year and a half ago and we found this office and they got me in the same day to look at my eye. The doctor was very compassionate and had me pain free by the time I left. He wanted to follow up to make sure I was healing ok. His tech, Max, was also very compassionate and kind. You could tell they felt for me (eye pain is no joke). Since then, I’ve had several flare ups and they always get me in quickly because they know how much pain I am in. The doctor has even come in on a Sunday! I can’t recommend dr. Smith and his office enough. They have gone above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful!”

“For the most part a very professional and good establishment. This location greatly suffers from an extreme lack of nearby parking. Patients often need to seek parking in the nearby Hospital parking lots, and walk a great distance. Many of the physicians have a cold, unconcerned, or dry bedside manner somewhat due to company reductions on time a physician can spend with a patient, making people feel more like a number than a person. In addition most physician do not fully convey / explain medical information to patients, relying on nursing staff and even pharmacies to fill in the gap. Staff / and nurses go the extra step to help customers. I personally broke my wrist and was told months later it had been broken in two locations, the unknown second, not healing correctly. The physician at this location had no concern in telling me my full diagnosis. I have literally been to hundreds of physician in my long life and know the overall failure in the medical system is the physicians opting to throw an over priced pill at their patients, just to move the line along, rather than really being concerned with a persons root cause and researching how to resolve the issue. It seems to be the medical American way!”
