Flora Lux went above-and-beyond in every way. I talked (via text and phone) directly with the owner, Lisa, who was extremely responsive. I had requested particular flower, and Lisa made extra effort to acquire them for the bouquet I needed. Photos and delivery confirmation was included. And the best part, the flowers were beautifully arranged AND her price was very affordable. Five Stars and a un-conditional recommendation!
Lisa was amazing and did a phenomenal job with my step mother-in-law’s anniversary arrangement. She was so sweet and the communication fantastic. Definitely will use her again if needed in Springfield!
Gorgeous flowers! I'm from out of town and I purchased an arrangement for my mother's birthday. She loved them! I received personalized attention, and the owner really went out of her way to make such a lovely creation in such a short time. I highly recommend!!
