“Lisa at Flora Lux was amazing!! I purchased flowers for my mother very last minute at 8pm on a Friday, and they were delivered before noon the very next day! Even though Lisa is based in Missouri, she made a special delivery on her way to Springfield, IL so my mom could have some beautiful flowers for her birthday! I was unable to be there in-person for my mom, so this was such a special purchase. Every other florist in the area had no availability, or they did not do next day delivery. Lisa made it work! Excellent customer service!!
Lisa was an excellent communicator, as well, responding to messages within minutes. I sent her inspiration pictures and the exact details for the flowers that I wanted, and she chose the perfect selection from her inventory! She even added a hand-written birthday card with a message from me!
