We had our Patio door windows and transom window replaced in February. When we met with Steve he recommended/ the low e366 glass saying it was the best for blocking heat and UV which is what we needed as out Patio door has the sun blazing in all morning and part of the afternoon. I've waited until now to do a review because I wanted to get into the teeth of summer and see for myself. I was initially skeptical simply due to the fact that the glass is so clear. My wife and I thought that we needed new windows in our guest and main bedrooms. In addition to other companies, I contacted this one for a quote as well. While they do sell new windows, they do repairs and I was told that that was all I needed since it was only weatherstripping, and some areas of rot that could be repaired.
They could have tried to sell me new windows.......and that would have meant more profit for them. SO, we were impressed that they were looking out for our best interests
They came at the time they said they would to do the repairs, and cleaned up any mess that they made.

We had Quality Service and Repair out recently to replace our patio door glass and transom as well as another windows glass, all of which after 20 years the seals were gone. We highly recommend Quality services and Repair. When we had out house built new the patio doors installed it turns out are custom size, not standard size. Meaning to replace the patio doors themselves would be very expensive. We were referred to Quality services and Repair by my sister in law who'd also used them to replace patio door glass a few years earlier.
