Recently used this company for an inspection for future home. It was extremely informative and they explained all the areas that he was going over. Made it very easy to understand.
I like inspectors who look at things through a reasonable lens, and not make every flaw seem terrible. My experience was calm, thorough & informative. Eric was methodical and did not waste time. He explained things to me like an adult and didn't assume I knew nothing. He was respectful & mindful and I appreciate that so much
