I haven’t been back in 3 years i got booked. With SHEMA. This has been the most easiest painful wax I ever had if you’re sensitive or scared about getting a wax from a bad experience please book with SHEMA . Her knowledge as well as how gentle she works was comforting.
Now Eboni the front desk customer service was amazing and she was so welcoming. She made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. She even reassured a customer next to me that was nervous for her first time. This ppl over all made it the best wax I’ve had.
Essence was friendly, played great music, and made me feel super comfortable for my Brazilian. I definitely recommend the steam service before a Brazilian now as I believe it made the process almost painless, and that is coming from someone who's gotten plenty of painful waxes in the past.
I really love coming here. Customer service is always TOP TIER. I started with Star at the south holland location and now I’m in good hands with Airielle. She’s the best!!!!! She kept me laughing through my whole wax. She’s amazing, definitely good at what she does. Very fast! Thank you Airielle:)
