Went to Urgent Care at South Holland yesterday. Arrived about 30 minutes after they opened and was out within 2 hours. The nurse was fantastic, Shanna. The NP, Galaxie, was outstanding. They both listened to my concerns and I would definitely come to this location again. Kudos!!
Always a pleasant experience here,even in a crisis situation.All the staff here is amazing and very knowledgeable.The receptionist’s, and the nursing staff are so helpful and caring here.Urgent care is quick and efficient, very intelligent staff who are very polite, supportive of your needs and treat you with respect.
Monica and Dr. Ezurike are amazing people! They show great care and concern for their patients. I had an extremely pleasurable experience with them and this practice. Even the ladies at the check in counter were very kind and patient!!!!!
