Having the worst experience due to the PCT Vanessa. Vanessa is very rude. She asked me for a urine sample. I give her one. She asked what’s my complaint I tell her about my throat. I asked her can she do routine testing through my urine. She said I can’t do that either you gone worry about your throat or your urine. I say you can add it in the comments. She says we was told not to do that. I let her know it’s not about what you were told it’s about the patient. You have the urine sample just test it it’s your JOB. She didn’t take my vitals and walked out of the room. She closed my door, I opened it.

Every employee at the Advocate South Holland facility was friendly and professional. We left very satisfied with the treatment received. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

This is by far the absolute best immediate care facility that I’ve ever been to! The experience was nothing short of incredible from beginning to end! The staff members were waiting for patients at the door, and I was able to get in immediately. I was discharged within one hour of my arrival, and the physician was able to address my medical concerns.
