IMHO, the timbre of the reception desk would be better if it leaned toward being calm instead of chipper. It's great to be cheerful, but when I have a headache, I'd rather encounter soothing.The massage rooms are grey, which for me is a depressing colour. Lavender, or a dusty lavender, would be more pleasant, and better match the store's logo.Still, the massage quality is so good that I bought a membership. Corinne is my go-to for working down tight calf muscles. Tiana, thank you you're amazing! She listened to my chief complaints and worked the exact area's that needed tension relief, Also the young lady at the front desk greeted me with a beautiful smile and good energy.

Decided that regular massages were needed since my job is physically demanding and I'm so happy to be adding this into my self care routine. Everyone was so kind and professional. CarrieAnn was my therapist today and she was great. Got out some knots and released a lot of tension in my shoulders while still making the massage relaxing. The membership is such a great deal too and now the cancellation policy has changed so it way easier to cancel if needed. Can't wait to go back!
