Dr. Ray has helped us in so many way over the years it is hard to boil it down. She found the right supplement to bring down my blood pressure substantially. She has helped both of us keep our blood sugar levels in check. At our age, our doctors are always amazed that we are not taking prescription medications. We follow her advice and work at taking care of ourselves and it has paid off - we are now retired and very active year round with both road and mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.
