DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever! Similar other reviews Tim came out claimed he pumped the septic tank, but when I inspected it it was still full! Disputed the charge, but the guy just argued with me on the phone about it. Called up Collins Sanitary and they were prompt and very professional, even took the time to show me that they cleaned everything out. Find a different company, unless you want to pay for nothing.

WARNING! Look elsewhere before using these guys. I hired Jim to come out in June 2021 and clean out our septic tanks. We had a few storms pass in July 2021 and then started getting water in the basement. A plumber came out and checked everything and advised us to get the septic tanks clean. He showed us, and we could clearly see that they were practically full..... I told him that Jaenecke just cleaned them out in June. The plumber indicated that all they did was was take the top water out of the tanks. They NEVER cleaned the tanks. We were furious!! My husband reached out to them and they responded with, 'if we said we pumped out the tanks, then we pumped out the tanks.'...read full review

Horrible, in my opinion. Used them to pump septic during escrow of home I was purchasing. In my opinion dug a very unprofessional hole, told me the septic was bad, could not - and would not - give reasons in writing (which I wanted for negotiations with seller) left the whole a mess where he dug the hole.I spent the money to have professionals come out. Drain the tank. Drill into the drain fields to check if still accepting or not. Had cameras put in tank and field. Flooded it. Got soil samples.
