A very pleasant surprise in a service industry that has the potential to not be honest. Two men came the same day I called and determined the problem quickly and resolved the situation thoroughly. They could have performed all sorts of activities to run up a bill and taken advantage like others have done. I would have not been the wiser. The issue was simple. The bill reflected it's simple solution with a service call fee. they even cleaned up some of the iron shaving that came from the under the concrete pipe that caused the backup to occur.
I could NOT be happier to give this company the highest rating and give them the highest accolades I possibly can.
I would NOT hesitate to call Red's Sewer Service an would encourage you to do the same. NO ONE likes to overpay and be taken advantage of by a service company!!!“

Brian was able to confirm my concern and fixed the leak in 15 minutes after carefully checking all the pipes.
