We contacted Red's this morning and they provided us with a 2 hour window. The service tech. Called us and gave us an estimated time of arrival. They arrived on-time as promised. Conner and his associate, were polite and completed the drain work quickly and efficiently, and then tested their work to ensure everything drained. We are very satisfied with Red's and will contact them in the future when we need drain clearing.
