My son was moving from the Chicago area to Charleston, SC for his job. STI came to our home and gave a very fair quote for the move. They were responsive to all of our questions, were on time for the pack and move and got his items delivered timely with no damage whatsoever. Communication before, during and at the time of delivery was outstanding. I can't say enough great things about this company. He was in good hands. We will definitely use STI in the future.
I had to move out quickly, and these movers kept the process calm. They worked together without confusion, wrapped all the big furniture, and loaded the truck efficiently. When unloading, they asked where I wanted the heavier items placed, which saved me trouble later.
They arrived with enough supplies to protect my belongings, which I appreciated. Blankets, straps, and tape were all used properly, so I didn’t have to worry about scratches.
