ServiceMax was great. We needed our old house fan replaced with a new one which was also a bit smaller. The install went great and they patched, primed and painted the ceiling so it looks perfect and works great. They also hung three ceiling fans and did a great job there.

The team that installed our new Furnace, AC and all new ductwork were great. So impressed with how they kept the ductwork tight to the structure so we would not have any headroom issues. The Trane furnace and AC units work great, so much more quite than our old system.

I want to commend the ServiceMax HVAC team (headed by Dave) for an outstanding job on the installation of our new Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner and heat pump system.
The four-man crew arrived right on time and worked steadily through the entire day to complete the installation. They were prompt, professional, highly skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. Just as important, they operated as a well-coordinated team—efficient, organized, and respectful throughout the process.
The end result exceeded our expectations, both in workmanship and overall experience.
